  1. You need to spend 20-39 minutes at each fishing spot, from simplest to most complex. Upgrade the Rods and replenish the Bait after each round of fishing. You'll be able to trade for weapons with the Manillos. Also, you'll get trading stamps which you can trade for the best weapons. It will take 3-4 hours, but it will catch you up. Don't forget to visit the Fishing Master.
